Vaqar Ahmed
Dr Vaqar Ahmed is a distinguished economist and policy expert with a Ph.D. and extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Team Lead for the Aawaz Programme at Oxford Policy Management, he has led significant initiatives for organizations like the World Bank, UNDP, and ADB.
